Kieraah Marlow - Founder

Steps2Success is founded and managed by Kieraah Marlow, who possesses the requisite management skills and experience to successfully run this operation.  Kieraah is a native of Coatesville, Pa.  She graduated from Georgetown University with a Bachelor of Arts where she majored in Sociology and minored in Theology.  Since then, she has continued her education at Widener University and earned a Master of Social Work (MSW).  Also, she brings a strong background in case management, operational management, and customer service.  Through her years in social work as a Program Manager, Program Specialist, and Case Manager, she has developed a passion for helping individuals in need.  Kieraah is also co-owner of Evolving Individuals Services, LLC, a mental health agency located at 139 E. Chestnut St. Suite 204, Coatesville, PA 19320.
